What are my payment options?

Can I pay using a debit card?
Yes, if your Debit/ Cheque card has a chip and pin, CVV number and an expiry date, as well as a Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club or American Express logo, you can use it to make your payment.
What is a CVV number?
A CVV Number (Card Verification Value) on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number on VISA® and MasterCard® branded credit and debit cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code that appears on the front of the card.
How do I pay using a credit card?

Is paying by credit card safe?

Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, customers may express an interest in returning ordered products within 7 days of delivery.
Products must meet the below conditions to be eligible for a refund:

- The item(s) must be unworn
- The item(s) must be unwashed
- The item(s) must contain no damage
Free gifts, sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund.
